For those who may be interested, I've gone ahead and researved 2 rooms at the host hotel.  Same building for rooms, competitions and after concert party.

Rooms each have 2 double beds, so can sleep 4

There's 8 spots available right now. I've got one. Just think about it and see if you want to go.

The cost per room is $93 plus tax, so we'll divide that amoung how ever many go.

The registration for the actual workshops, concert and competitions isn't up yet.
